Logistics & Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?+
We ship to 60+ countries including the US, Canada, UK, all EU countries, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and more via DHL, FedEx, UPS and sea freight.
How long does delivery take?+
Retail air express: 5–8 business days worldwide. Wholesale air: 7–12 days. Sea freight for pallet orders: 25–40 days depending on port.
Do you handle customs clearance?+
For DDP shipments (available on wholesale orders) we cover duties and clearance. Standard DAP orders are cleared by the recipient.
Customs & Duties
Who pays import duties?+
For retail orders under $150, most destinations are duty-free. For wholesale orders, we offer both DDP (duty-paid) and DAP options — select your preference at inquiry.
Do you provide commercial invoices?+
Yes — every shipment ships with a signed commercial invoice, packing list, and MSDS documentation.
Customization & OEM
Can I add my logo?+
Yes. Custom logos on outer boxes from 500 units, on individual product from 1,000 units, and full custom packaging from 2,000 units.
Do you offer formula customization?+
Yes — gel polish colour matching from 5,000 units per SKU. Full ODM formulation projects available upon NDA.
How long does OEM take?+
Sampling: 7–10 days. Bulk production: 15–25 days after sample approval.
MOQ & Pricing
What is the minimum order?+
Retail: 1 unit. Wholesale tiers begin at 100 sets for press-ons, 300 bottles for gel polish. OEM projects begin at 500 units.
Do prices decrease with quantity?+
Yes. Every SKU carries at least three wholesale tiers. Contact us for volume beyond 5,000 units.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Retail: Stripe (Visa / Mastercard / Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay. Wholesale: T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Western Union, Payoneer.
Do you require a deposit for OEM?+
Standard terms are 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before dispatch.
